I am so happy we found Bethany!
She made our home search so incredibly seamless and exciting! We are moving from out of state and were often put under tight time constraints for travel and therefore viewing of houses, and Bethany did an outstanding job in navigating that. We required a lot of last minute notices, planning, frequent communication, and a remarkable understanding of the location, and Bethany delivered on all fronts. So much so that the night before we had to leave Maine, I stumbled upon a home listed on Zillow that we wanted to see before we had to fly out the next morning. I sent Bethany the listing in the middle of the night, with no expectation that we’d be able to get in to see the house early in the morning before we had to get to the airport - but low and behold, Bethany made it happen, and it happened to be the perfect home for us! Bethany put in an offer for us that same day and we’ve just recently closed on the house! We are so excited to be moving into our new home and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without Bethany!
